Nagpur is grappling with its third consecutive day of torrential rains, leading to widespread inundation across more than 40 localities and disrupting the lives of thousands. The deluge has prompted numerous emergency calls, overwhelming the fire department and forcing the district collector to declare a holiday for schools and colleges.
