CM Mohan Charan Majhi appeals to people to prevent suicides

On Suicide Prevention Day, CM Mohan Charan Majhi urged citizens to view suicide as a sign of mental weakness, not a solution, and to seek help instead. The sports and youth services department organized an event where youths pledged against suicide, while Utkal University initiated a week-long awareness program.
