Hunterganj police, acting on a tip, arrested Lakshman Kumar, a notorious bike thief, in the Karma-Pandepura area during a vehicle checking operation. Kumar attempted to escape but was apprehended, leading to the recovery of two stolen bikes and a mobile phone.
