EU court rules in favor of Meta and TikTok on supervisory fees: Report

Meta and TikTok have successfully challenged the EU’s method for calculating supervisory fees under the Digital Services Act. While the companies won’t receive immediate refunds, the European Commission has been given a year to revise the calculation process. The court determined that the fee methodology should have been established through a delegated act, not implementing decisions.
