After eight years, Spotify finally adds CD-quality streaming

After an eight-year wait, Spotify has finally launched lossless audio for Premium subscribers, delivering CD-quality sound at no extra cost. The rollout, which began this week in select countries, offers 24-bit/44.1 kHz FLAC streaming.
