Cuttack is set to experience significant traffic relief as construction begins on the Link Road-Ring Road connector near Khannagar. The Rs 1.5 crore project, undertaken by the Cuttack Municipal Corporation, aims to decongest key junctions like Press Chowk and Madhupatna.
