Kolkata police apprehended two snatchers, Vivek Roy and Rohit Rajbanshi, following a swift chase after they stole a mobile phone from Md Jumman in Gobra. The Tangra police station officers were patrolling DC Dey Road when they heard Jumman’s cries for help.
