Two Ulfa-I cadres, Anupam Asom and Chinmoy Asom, hailing from Assam’s Tinsukia district, surrendered to police in Nagaland’s Mon district after fleeing a training camp in Myanmar. Expressing their desire to return to civilian life, they surrendered voluntarily at Tobu Police Station.
