Ashwini Kumar, who is accused of threatening to bomb police stations in Mumbai and Patna, was arrested in Noida by Mumbai Police. He was brought to Patna after being held in Mumbai’s Arthro Jail for threatening to bomb Gandhi Maidan and Patna civil court.
