After a three-day ordeal, a two-month-old wild elephant calf was rescued from a drainage canal at Bogapani Tea Estate in Tinsukia. Tea garden workers discovered the calf trapped in mud, leading to a joint rescue operation involving forest staff and wildlife activists.
