Train passengers face ticket woes as festive season approaches: Railways to introduce special trains

With Durga Puja vacation around the corner, train passengers are struggling to get confirmed tickets. Trains from southern and western India to the east are heavily crowded. East Coast Railway (ECoR) spokesperson said that railways is planning to introduce special trains and add extra berths to manage the passenger rush.
