State govt approves free bus ride for schoolchildren

Odisha’s government has approved free bus travel for all school students under the Mukhyamantri Bus Seva (MBS) scheme. Students can avail this facility by showing their ID cards or wearing school uniforms. The OSRTC is revising bus routes to include more schools, and the government will compensate for revenue losses.
