Delhi ramp horror: Police van runs amok, climbs pavement, mows down man; cops probe driver’s lapse

A pedestrian was fatally struck by a Delhi Police PCR van in the Thana Mandir Marg area on Thursday morning. Police report that the driver of the van accidentally accelerated, causing the vehicle to mount a ramp and hit the individual.
