The Supreme Court overturned the Gauhati High Court’s decision to grant bail to Ranjit Kakoti, the primary suspect in the TradingFX scam. Kakoti is accused of orchestrating a massive financial fraud that defrauded approximately 1.5 lakh people of over Rs 250 crore.
