19 years after passenger’s death, HC orders rlys to pay relief

After a nearly 20-year legal battle, the Orissa High Court has directed East Coast Railways to compensate the family of Sarbeswar Swain with Rs 9.23 lakh. Swain died in 2006 from injuries sustained on the Neelachal Express.
