Mysuru Development Authority cancelled the allotment of a prime plot after the winning bidder failed to complete payment formalities despite quoting a staggering Rs 2 crore, far exceeding the base price. Simultaneously, another commercial plot sale progresses with a bidder paying 25% of their Rs 8.6 crore bid.
