BU to launch integrated teacher education courses from 2026

Berhampur University is set to introduce three new integrated teacher education programmes (ITEP) from the 2026-27 academic session, including B.Sc-B.Ed, BA-B.Ed, and B.Com-B.Ed. The National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) has granted a letter of intent with an intake of 50 students per course. Admission to the four-year ITEP will be through the National Common Entrance Test (NCET).
