Mohanlal, the veteran actor, director, and producer, will receive the Dadasaheb Phalke Award. The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting announced this honour. The award recognises his significant contribution to Indian cinema. The Dadasaheb Phalke Award Selection Committee recommended Mohanlal. The award ceremony will be held on September 23, 2025, at the 71st National Film Awards.
