Coimbatore 1998 serial blast: Most-wanted Al-Umma’s ‘Tailor Raja’ arrested; key supplier of explosives, linked to multiple murders
A Raja, also known as Tailor Raja, a key suspect in the 1998 Coimbatore serial bomb blasts, has been arrested in Karnataka after evading capture for over two decades. The Al-Umma cadre is accused of renting a house for bomb-making and distributing explosives. Another suspect, Mujibur Rehman, remains at large, wanted for his role in planting bombs and mobilizing activists.
