PM likely to open Patna metro rail before announcement of poll schedule

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate the Patna metro rail project on Sept 29, ahead of the anticipated announcement of the Bihar assembly polls in early Oct. The metro’s initial operations will cover three stations.
