Zubeen continues to inspire unity

Zubeen Garg, born in Tura, Meghalaya, and raised across Assam, developed a broad worldview due to his father’s transfers. He advocated transcending social divisions, famously declaring in his film ‘Kanchanjangha: Rise’, “I belong to no caste, no religion, I have no God, I am free, I am Kanchenjunga.
