High demand for train tickets as thousands rush to celebrate Durga Puja in Ranchi

As Durga Puja nears, trains to Ranchi from major cities are heavily booked, leaving many families anxious about reunions. Waiting lists for key routes like Delhi and Kolkata are extensive. The railway division has launched special trains to Gorakhpur, Ajmer, and Delhi to ease the festive rush, including Ajmer-Ranchi-Ajmer service running until November.
