Ahead of Durga Puja, Ranchi’s district administration is cracking down on food adulteration. Recent raids on over 20 establishments led to the seizure of 42 kg of suspected adulterated ghee and vanaspati from an unlicensed Madhukam unit. The unit has been shut down pending lab results.
