Durga Puja 2023: Rourkela’s Sector 20 recreates Cellular Jail to honour freedom fighters

In Rourkela, the Sector-20 Durga Puja committee is recreating the Cellular Jail across 14,000 sq ft to honor freedom fighters. The pandal will feature a replica of the jail’s entrance, three wings with 40 cells, gallows, and a watchtower.
