Constable arrested in Malkangiri district for kidnapping and robbing Karnataka businessman

In Malkangiri, Odisha, a constable named Basanti Biswas was arrested along with two accomplices for kidnapping and robbing a businessman from Karnataka. Raghunath Narasingh was lured with investment promises, then assaulted and robbed of Rs 82,000. Biswas, posing as a police officer, further threatened him.
