The third edition of the International Literary Festival ‘Unmesh’ commenced in Patna, inaugurated by governor Arif Mohammed Khan. The four-day event, organized by the ministry of culture and Sahitya Akademi, features over 550 participants from 16 countries, representing more than 100 languages.
