Road in Dibrugarh renamed after Zubeen Garg to honour his legacy

A 1.2-kilometer road near Dibrugarh University, previously known as Tekela Chiring Gaon Road, has been renamed Zubeen Garg Path in honor of the Assamese artist. The renaming ceremony drew hundreds of fans and locals who deeply cherish Zubeen’s connection to Dibrugarh, where he frequently performed during Rongali Bihu celebrations.
