Navi Mumbai loan fraud: Business couple, son accused of misappropriating Rs 11.81 crore
A Mumbai businessman has filed a police complaint, alleging a business couple, Kumar and Rupa Dhami, cheated him of over ₹11.81 crore. The couple reportedly took loans against Navi Mumbai properties between 2011 and 2017, defaulting on repayments. They are accused of submitting forged documents, illegally selling mortgaged assets, and issuing bounced cheques.
