Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma issued lookout notices for North East India Festival organiser Shyamkanu Mahanta and Zubeen Garg’s manager Siddharth Sharma. They must appear in Guwahati by October 6 to provide statements regarding Garg’s death in Singapore, or face escalated police action. Mahanta’s accounts are frozen.
