Visually-challenged Mahesh Kumar Panda from Jajpur cracked the OAS examination, securing 300th rank in his third attempt. Blind from birth, he overcame challenges with hard work and family support, inspiring his village. Currently a teacher, Mahesh now targets the Indian Administrative Service.
