Florida Panthers complete roster by re-signing Mackie Samoskevich

Mackie Samoskevich has signed a one-year deal with the Florida Panthers. The Panthers are now over the salary cap. Samoskevich, a former first-round pick, earned the deal after a strong first season. He is expected to compete for a larger role. The Panthers are returning nearly all of their championship team.
