Enhanced security measures for puja celebrations in Gumla: Police and civil officers deployed

Gumla authorities have significantly ramped up security for the upcoming puja festivities, deploying civil and police officers to monitor 80 pandals across the district. Heavy vehicle entry is banned in town from September 29 to October 2, with barricades and drop gates installed. Puja committees are mandated to install CCTV and fire safety equipment, while drones will provide aerial surveillance.
