Accident claims 1 in Hailakandi

A man, Gourav Debnath, was killed in a road accident late Thursday night at Panchgram in Hailakandi district. His vehicle lost control on the Dholeswar bypass shortly after Durga Puja immersion festivities concluded, when traffic was still heavy. Authorities have begun an investigation into the exact cause of the accident.
