A bus marshal was arrested in New Delhi for allegedly biting off a conductor’s finger following a dispute over the bus route on Sunday evening. The marshal and driver wanted to use the Lajpat Nagar Ring Road flyover, but the conductor insisted on a parallel road, which resulted in a traffic jam.
