Ranchi Launches Management Development Program to Empower Grassroots Governance

Ranchi’s state Panchayati Raj is rolling out a five-day Management Development Program (MDP) at IIM Bodh Gaya for its department stakeholders. This initiative, under the Revamped Rashtriya Gram Swaraj Abhiyan, aims to enhance leadership, resource management, and administrative excellence among state and district officials. The program seeks to empower local governance and improve grassroots service delivery.
