A Sambalpur shopkeeper was arrested for killing a balloon seller near a Durga Puja pandal after an argument over vending space escalated. The seller, Guddu Rajak, returned the next day with a knife, but the shopkeeper, Ram Lal Agarwal, and others attacked him first, causing his death.
