A man residing in Rourkela was arrested for burglary from a grocery shop. Police recovered stolen goods, including mustard oil, pulses, and other grocery items, from his residence. This marks the third theft at the shop in six months, with the owner reporting losses of Rs 15,000 to Rs 17,000.
