A head constable from Arunachal Pradesh’s 1st India Reserve Battalion has been arrested for drug peddling. Police seized 66.28 grams of heroin, valued at approximately Rs 1.50 lakh, and Rs 13,500 in cash from the 49-year-old accused. He is a habitual offender with previous NDPS Act involvement.
