Woman’s body, half eaten by crocodile, found

A 59-year-old woman, Soudamini Mahala, was killed by a saltwater crocodile in the Kharasrota river. Her body was found partially eaten. The incident occurred when she was washing clothes. The forest department will provide compensation to her family. This is the latest in a series of crocodile attacks in the region.
