A drunk driver narrowly escaped with minor injuries after his car plunged into the sea from the Sea Link approach ramp in Worli. Two Maharashtra Security Force jawans rescued the 29-year-old from the rocks. The driver was booked for drunk driving, and his car was later retrieved.
