‘No note found’: Bengaluru cop dies by suicide at home; served as BJP opposition leader R Ashoka’s driver

A 34-year-old police head constable, Sharanappa Ramagol, attached to the City Armed Reserve and serving as a driver for BJP leader R Ashoka’s escort vehicle, was found dead by suicide at his Byatarayanapura residence. His brother-in-law discovered the body hanging in the bedroom. No suicide note was recovered.
