Jharkhand High Court Orders Action Against Illegal Settlers in Ranchi Government Quarters

The Jharkhand High Court has directed the Ranchi Municipal Corporation and state government to immediately remove illegal settlers from government quarters in Madhukam, Khadgadha, and Rugdigadha. These flats, intended for slum residents, have seen 210 out of 670 occupied by encroachers. The court expressed concern over the government’s failure to prevent these illegal occupations.
