UP murder: Ex-boyfriend slits woman’s throat; arrested after encounter in Ghaziabad

Kaushambi police have arrested Balbeer Singh Patel for the murder of a woman in Sirathu, whose throat was slit. Singh, the victim’s former lover, was apprehended after an encounter where he fired at police and was shot in the leg. The murder weapon, a motorcycle, and the victim’s phone were recovered.
