BJP launches ‘Swadeshi’ campaign in Jharkhand ahead of Diwali, Chhath

Jharkhand BJP president Babulal Marandi launched a statewide campaign urging citizens to use Swadeshi products for Diwali and Chhath, aiming to foster self-reliance by 2047. He criticized the Congress for not strengthening the Swadeshi movement in the past. The Congress countered, stating that ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ requires inclusive economic policies, not just slogans, and questioned the BJP on unemployment and inflation.
