30 women turn flower waste into incense sticks in Ganjam village

Women in Ganjam district are transforming temple flower waste into fragrant incense sticks, creating a new livelihood. A self-help group, trained and supported by the Odisha Livelihood Mission and TPSODL, now earns between Rs 3,000 to Rs 5,000 monthly. This initiative empowers rural women by providing skills, tools, and market access for their organic agarbattis.
