Varanasi athletes win double medal in Lucknow

Two young athletes from Varanasi have achieved success. Preeti Devi and Rohan Kumar secured second place in the Red Run Marathon 2025 held in Lucknow. The Uttar Pradesh State AIDS Control Society organized the event. Their selection involved a competition by Disha Varanasi. The Varanasi team competed under coach Arvind Kumar. Officials praised the Varanasi athletes for their performance.
