Hazaribag man kills wife to claim Rs 15 lakh insurance money, arrested
A man in Hazaribag has been arrested for allegedly murdering his wife to claim a Rs 15 lakh life insurance payout. Mukesh Kumar Mehta reportedly killed Sweta Kumari by hitting her with a helmet and strangling her, then staged the scene to appear as a road accident. Suspicion arose when villagers noticed his lack of injuries, leading to his confession.
