JD(U) names 44 remaining candidates, drops 3 MLAs

The JD(U) has released its list of 44 candidates for the second phase of the Bihar assembly elections. The party has fielded nine women and four Muslim candidates. This completes the JD(U)’s list of 101 candidates for the NDA. Several sitting MLAs have been dropped. New faces and senior leaders are included in the nominations.
