Two top commanders of the Maoist splinter group TSPC, Kunal and Rohini Ganjhu, surrendered to police in Chatra. Both carried a reward of Rs 1 lakh each and handed over weapons and ammunition. They were involved in multiple criminal cases, including killings and attacks on security forces.
