Orissa high court grants bail to juveniles in aggravated sexual assault case

The Orissa high court has granted bail to two juveniles accused of aggravated sexual assault on a nine-year-old boy. The court set aside earlier rejections by the Juvenile Justice Board and children’s court. The high court noted the juveniles are first-time offenders and expressed regret. Release of children in conflict with law is the rule, the court stated.
